NYU Teacher Residency Program in Palm Beach County School District

Program Overview

This is the second year that SDPBC has partnered with NYU Steinhardt to help prepare new teachers using an innovative residency model. Immersed in the classroom at either John F. Kennedy Middle School or Palm Beach Lakes High School for a full academic year, you will gradually take on more responsibility, providing you an opportunity to connect learning theory with practice and build confidence in your teaching.
